Owner-Occupied Minor Home Repair Program is to assist income restricted households to address Minimum Housing Code violations, weatherization and health/safety issues in the home.

Special needs applicants may also receive assistance to make home modifications which allow them to remain independent in their own homes.

Applicants required to sign 15 year Recapture Loan Document(s).

This property must be primary residence and homesteaded.

Must be able to verify income and assets.

Applicants must meet the income requirements set by grant funding source(s).
