REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST

 

 

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

 

The City of Tamarac, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY, requests Letters of Interest (LOI) from a qualified firm to provide the City with Interim Legal Services on an emergency basis, until the City is able to engage a full-time firm. NOTE:  The firm chosen to provide these Interim Legal Services will not be permitted to receive an award for the permanent Legal Services.  Statement and Proposal Forms included herein and any other information relative to the experience, expertise, or proficiency of the Proposer, should be submitted to Purchasing@Tamarac.org via email, or hand delivered to the office of the Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Room 108, Tamarac, Florida 33321, for furnishing the services described below:

 

EMERGENCY INTERIM LEGAL SERVICES

FOR

THE CITY OF TAMARAC

 

 

Letters of Interest must be received and time stamped in the Purchasing Office, by e-mail   at Purchasing@tamarac.org or hand delivery, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2020. Late submittals will not be accepted.

 

IF PROVIDING HAND DELIVERY, Submit one (1) original document, marked “Original” on its exterior and seven (7) copies if  prior to the submittal deadline.

 

CITY reserves the right to reject any or all submittals with or without cause, to waive any or all irregularities, to re-advertise for LOI’s, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY.
