Vice Mayor Gomez is a real estate attorney, affiliated with the Fort Lauderdale firm Saunders, Curtis, Ginestra & Gore, P.A. She received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, and earned a Master of Arts – Public Communication, from The American University in Washington, D.C.
