Solar Permits are expedited with a three business day turnaround !!

As of April 1, 2023, the ‘In-Progress’ inspection must be covered by a special inspector report.

During the initial application submittal, a Special Inspector Form must be submitted, signed and sealed by the special inspector. 

Documents Required:

• Uniform Permit Application 
• Notice of Commencement- If job over $2,500
• Owner's Notification for Solar Panel Installation
• Signed and Sealed Plans or FSEC Certification
