Owner:
- Warranty Deed or HUD - Settlement Statement
- Legible copy of a valid State issued identification (e.g.: Driver’s License), or passport for foreign owners
- The New Services Request Form and Water Service Waiver
- A water deposit is required, and the amount is dependent on the size of the meter at the location (please call us for the exact amount at 954-597-3590)
Tenant:
- Lease Agreement
- Legible copy of a valid State issued identification (e.g.: Driver’s License), or passport for foreign owners
- The New Services Request Form and Water Service Waiver
- A water deposit is required, and the amount is dependent on the size of the meter at the location (please call us for the exact amount at 954-597-3590)
Realtor:
- Listing Agreement
- Legible copy of a valid State issued identification (e.g.: Driver’s License), and business card
- The New Services Request Form and Water Service Waiver
- Deposit of $105
