Registration Requirements
The City requires each vendor to submit a Taxpayer Identification form (W-9 Form). The W-9 form is available as a separate download when the Online Vendor Registration Portal is used. Additionally, the W-9 form is included as part of the Vendor Registration Package. 

Insurance Requirements
Vendors doing Business with the City whose employees must perform work on City Property must have Insurance Coverage. Review the City of Tamarac’s Standard Insurance requirements to ensure you are in compliance.
