Notice of Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for the submission of NSP3 applications will be between May 14, 2012 through June 8, 2012 ONLY!

Submittal Information
The homes available are located in the Sunflower Community ONLY and are 3/1 or 3/2 single-family homes ranging in price from approximately $110,000 to $160,000. Home listings will be made available to those who qualify for the program. Sunflower Community is located off 82 Street to the east side and North University Drive, map available as part of the application.

Submit applications at City Hall, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Notice of Approval
If approved, you must attend an 8-hour Housing Counseling session prior to assistance being provided.  You may utilize any HUD Certified Counseling Agency; however, the City partners with the following agency:
