The Accounting division provides timely and accurate financial recording and reporting.                

This division's responsibilities include:

  • Cash disbursements
  • Payroll processing
  • Fixed asset reporting
  • Accounts receivable (billing and collecting)
  • Accounts payable
  • Grant reporting (federal, state and local) 
  • Annual financial audit, including financial statement preparation in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles
