The Purchasing and Contracts division assists departments in securing goods, services, and construction for the City using ethical, competitive purchasing methods.

This division works with other departments to process purchase requisitions, determine appropriate purchasing methods, obtain quotes and develop standard specifications. It helps them with bid solicitation, letters of interest and requests for proposals.

It also assists with the administration and negotiation of contracts for a wide range of services.
