Code of Ethics Passed Unanimously
On December 12, 2007, the Tamarac City Commission passed Ordinance No. O-2007-22, amending Chapter 2 of the city's Code of Ordinances, establishing a Code of Ethics for elected and appointed City Officials in compliance with Broward County Code sections 1-260 through 1-266. On October 11, 2011, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners passed County Ordinance 2011-19 adopting a Code of Ethics for all elected municipal officials in Broward County to become effective January 2, 2012.
