Payment Options & Opening a New Account
Tamarac’s Customer Service has moved! As of, January 16, 2012, Tamarac’s Customer Service Division has moved to City Hall. If you need to make a utility payment, please stop by during our operating hours. You can also make payments over the phone by calling (954) 597-3590. New utility accounts must be opened at City Hall. Routine payments acna still be made at the Tamarac Community Center Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (8601 West Commercial Blvd.).

New utility accounts can only be opened at City Hall, Room 102.

Additional Payment Methods
In addition to over-the-phone payments, we also offer the following convenient payment options.
  • C2G - Did you know that you can view and pay your water bill online 24 hours a day? You will need to refer to your water bill the first time you enroll.
  • Recurring Payments Online - You can make payments online through C2G by credit card or from your checking account simply by clicking on Auto Pay.
  • Tamarac’s Automatic Payment Plan (TAPP) - When you enroll in TAPP, your entire utility bill is paid automatically from your bank account. Once enrolled in TAPP, your utility bill will be drafted 15 days from the billed date. To enroll in TAPP, call (954) 597-3590.
