New users, please review the information below to learn more about how the system works.

Getting started. Anyone may log onto the system as a Guest to browse the City's list of Parks and Recreation programs. However, only those who have previously enrolled in Tamarac programs can register using the online system. Additionally, a MasterCard or Visa is required for payment. If you have previously registered for Tamarac programs or have forgotten your password and cannot gain access to the system, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at (954) 597-3620 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Program availability. Some programs like summer camp and adult trips require special registration procedures that must be handled in person. For information regarding program registrations not available online, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at (954) 597-3620.

Paying online. The only accepted forms of online payment are Visa and MasterCard. The City of Tamarac uses the latest encryption technology provided by Verisign to protect your transaction. Partial payments are not accepted. If you elect to use the online system, you must pay your entire balance at the time of registration. Your card will only be charged if you complete the transaction and receive a verification message. Be sure to print your receipt for your records.

Cancellations and refunds. Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed online. Refunds may be pro-rated, and require the approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation. For information on how to submit a cancellation or refund request, call the Parks and Recreation Department at (954) 597-3620.
