What if you were unable to communicate due to sudden illness or traumatic event? Tamarac Paramedics and Tamarac Broward County Sheriff’s (BSO) Deputies can now look at your cellular phone.
ICE (In Case of Emergency) programmed into your cellular phone would provide one valuable contact resource for emergency response personnel and hospital services.
Enter the acronym ICE - for In Case of Emergency – into your cellular phone and save your contact person’s number. Enter a name and number of someone who should be contacted in an emergency.
For example: 
ICE – CHRIS (555)555-5555
An example of multiple ICE entries:
ICE – Chris
ICE2 – Christa
ICE3 - Christy
Fill out the ICE wallet card, place it in your wallet, and program your cellular phone.
