How to Do Business with the City of Tamarac

Provides basic information on doing business with the City.

Describes City's standard insurance requirements for vendors.

 

Vendor Registration, Application and W-9 Form

The Purchasing and Contracts Division allows vendors to register on-line to become a vendor with the City.  Vendors may click the "Online Registration" link to access the City's on-line registration system.  In addition, the City will also require each vendor to provide us with a Taxpayer Identification form (W-9). A W-9 form is available in PDF format by clicking the "W-9 Form" link.  Return the completed W-9 Form to the Purchasing and Contracts Division upon completion.

If you are unable to register online, you may print a pdf copy of the Vendor Application by clicking on the "Printed Vendor Application" link, and fill in your company's information as indicated.

Return W-9 forms, and any manually completed Vendor Applications via fax to (954) 597-3565, via e-mail to purchasing@tamarac.org, or by mail to the Purchasing and Contracts Division at the following address:
