TO DOWNLOAD A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT, CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE RELEVANT SOLICITATION AND THEN CLICK ON THE FILE OR FILE(S) LISTED FOR THE SELECTED SOLICITATION.  Before downloading solicitation documents, you will be prompted to complete a form requesting your organization/contact information. This is required in order to notify the Purchasing Office that you intend to respond on the project and that you have downloaded a solicitation document from this webpage.

Please note: Any addenda associated with an active project will be sent only to those respondees who have notified the Purchasing Division via email, fax or phone of their intent to respond and have been added to the project's vendor list. Potential respondees should check this webpage regularly for any addenda associated with the project. Purchasing staff will not be held responsible for transmitting addenda to individuals who have downloaded a solicitation document but have neither notified Purchasing staff of their intent to respond nor been added to the project's vendor list.

The prospective bidder is responsible for obtaining all addenda, correspondence, CD data and any other documentation issued by the City.  The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Bidder receives from any source other than the City of Tamarac Purchasing and Contracts Division.
