Purchasing Function

We interact with vendors to resolve problems and expedite orders; facilitate pre-bid meetings, bid openings, evaluation committee meetings and make recommendations for bid awards. The Division assists with the administration and negotiation of contracts for a wide range of services. The goal of the Purchasing and Contracts Division is to continue to purchase high quality products and services at competitive prices while adhering to policies set forth by the City of Tamarac Code and State of Florida Statutes.
