new service
To open a new account, the owner or tenant of the property must complete a New Service Request Form, and a Water Service Waiver, present a copy of the signed settlement (HUD) statement or warranty deed, the tenant must present a signed lease, a photo id (driver's license is acceptable) and place a security deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the size of the meter, however generally the amount is $90.00 for an owner and $180.00 for a tenant.


Cash, Check, Money Order, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

New accounts must be opened in person at either Customer Service location.
