DEMOGRAPHICS
The City of Tamarac is experiencing a significant shift in demographics
which is reshaping the City's image that welcomes development in all areas to improve the quality
of life for its citizens and economy.
The most considerable change within Tamarac is the age bracket of citizens. The average age has dropped 10 1/2 years since the 1990 Census and the City is continually growing younger by the years.
With a host of comparable numbers to many of Tamarac's neighbors along
with the City's business friendly environment, Tamarac remains to be a focal point for prime commercial and residential development.
