Development requests include: platting/delegation request, new/major/minor revised site plans, special exceptions, rezoning, sign waivers, vacation of easement/ROW, variances and land use plan amendments. The development review process typically begins with the Development Review Committee (DRC) and then moves to the Planning Board. The City Commission ultimately reviews and votes on most development applications taking into consideration the recommendations of previous boards.
