IMPORTANT FAIR HOUSING PSA: CLICK HERE

Attention Potential Homebuyers:

If you are interested in buying a home or any of the City’s upcoming Homebuyer Assistance Programs tentatively scheduled to begin in the spring of 2012, please begin preparing yourself now.  Healthy credit is just one of several key factors to homeownership, and it does not happen overnight. All Purchase Assistance programs require an 8-hour Housing Counseling Certification.  Certified Housing Counselors can help make you ready for the American Dream. The certification is good for 1-year, and can be taken at any local HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency.

The City’s Housing Counseling Agency is:
Housing Foundation of America, Inc.
2400  N. University Drive, Suite 200
Pembroke Pines, FL  33024
