Pit Bull Registration Form
Click on Pit Bull Registration Form to download and print.
After reading the Tamarac Code section on Pit Bull dog registration, complete the form and bring it to the City Clerks office for processing along with:
1) A registration fee of $50.00 per Pit Bull dog, payable to the City Tamarac by Check, Cash or Credit Card.
2) A clearly visible 3x5 inch color photograph of the dog.
3) A copy of the records indicating that the dog has the required preventive inoculations and medications required under local, county and state law.
4) Evidence of the required liability insurance policy ($1,000,000 face amount).
