Welcome to the City of Tamarac On-Line Support area for reviewing and paying your utility account(s).

You can now view your utility bill including basic account information, payment and consumption history. You can also pay your utility bill online. To protect your account information from unauthorized access, a PIN number is required.

The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during the hours of 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM due to system maintenance.

Please note, any payment received after noon on the "current charges due date" may result in a penalty charge or interruption in service.

Utility Payment Options Pamphlet

First Time Users

To create your new PIN number, you will need your utility account number, total amount due and cycle-route. Your account number is located in the upper right hand corner of your bill and your cycle-route is located at the bottom left enclosed in a box.

1. To create your PIN, Click Here to enter the requested information from your utility bill.
   
   
2. On the following screen, fill out the requested information, your e-mail address and
   choose your personal PIN number.
   
   
3. You will receive momentarily, a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to
   complete the registration process.
   
   
4. Now that your registration is complete, you can simply click on the check mark above
   to view your account information and pay your utility bill.
