Recurring Online Payments: By using the option above you can further simplify your monthly payments by choosing the “Auto Pay” option.

Tamarac’s Automatic Payment Plan (TAPP): Once you enroll in TAPP, your bill is paid automatically from your bank account each month.

Reviewing & Paying Your Water Bill
You can now view your water bill including basic account information, payment, and consumption history. You can also pay your water bill online. To protect your account information from unauthorized access, a PIN number is required. The system is available seven days a week except during the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am due to system maintenance.

Payments received after noon on the "current charges due date" may result in a penalty charge or interruption in service.

NOTE: The site requires a javascript-enabled browser (tested on Firefox 2 & Internet Explorer 7).

First Time Users

To create your new PIN number, you will need your water account number, total amount due, and cycle-route. Your account number is located in the upper right hand corner of your bill and your cycle-route is located at the bottom left enclosed in a box.

  1. To create your PIN, enter the requested information from your water bill.
  2. On the following screen, fill out the requested information, your e-mail address.
  3. Choose your personal PIN number.
  4. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. Use this link in the e-mail to complete the registration process.
  5. Now that your registration is complete, you can view your account information and pay your water bill online.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

IVR allows callers to access water bill account information like, current balance, date and amount of  last payment, payment amount pending, and payment and billing history via the telephone.

To utilize the IVR system, you will need your account number, which is found in the upper right hand corner of your Water Utility Bill.
