Of course the best way to get the complete information you need is to call the City of Tamarac's Building Department at (954) 597-3420.
Contractors are required to complete a permit application form and submit two copies of the plans. Please note: it is necessary for a permit applicant to obtain an original, color-coded application for completion directly from the Building Department office, or by mail, upon request.
Homeowner permits are allowed for certain types of work.
